Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Opened devices are exchanged like-for-like only where there is a manufacturing fault. Opened personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is 20 ILS, borne by the customer unless the item was faulty.
